Hi–I have just been charged 104.35 for an account and I did not authorize this charge.

Thanks for your reply. My account doesn’t show the charge, which makes it even stranger. I think I will need to contest the charge with my credit card company.

I’ve tagged this with modlook for you. It’s a lot easier for everyone involved if the Happiness Engineers have a chance to sort out the refund before getting the credit card company involved.
I hope they can track down the charge and get a refund sorted for you quickly!

Do you happen to know what the charge for?
I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, as you mentioned, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
The charge doesn’t look like a typical charge coming from us, however. Do you have any sites hosted on WordPress.com other than the one connected to this account?

Thanks, Daniel. I was able to look up the charge on wpchrg.com. It is a WordPress charge, for psllt2019nau. I can’t seem to access that account through my email, though. Could you help me with that. I haven’t used this site since 2019, so I’m not sure why I’m being charged now.

It looks to be a WordPress.com Premium plan that’s renewed every year since 2019, so there was a renewal last year as well.
When you looked up the transaction, did you submit a request for help? If not, let us know and we’ll reach out separately via email as transaction information shouldn’t be posted to the public forums.
