Charges to my credit card but no transaction history in my WP account

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to trace a WordPress charge on my credit card but I cannot find anything about it in my billing history.

    The charge was made on July 24, 2023 for 715 Philippine pesos.

    I dont know what this charge is for since I dont see anything in my billing transaction. Also nothing in my active upgrades.

    Im trying to check if my credit card has been hacked.

    Hey there, I do see a charge that was connected to mommyfied.net, but it was not under your @mommyfiedlc account. Are you able to log in with your other username?

    Also, for what it’s worth, I can see the charge is already in a chargeback status, which can break the site. Are you still using the site? If so please let us know so we can help you get this resolved quickly. If you can also cancel the chargeback with your bank, that may help, too.
