Charges when upgrade from premium to business within year

  What are the charges when you upgrade from premium to business within year? I.e. if we decided to add eCommerce (Business) within the first few weeks of subscribing to Premium would we still be charged $299? Or $299 – $99 (what we have already paid for Premium)?
