  I’m not interested in renewing my subscription, nor have I been able to unsubscribe.
  And I’m asking for my money back and canceling your subscription.

  Howto remove a purchase yourself, https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#removing-purchases.
  If you don’t see purchase, it means that purchase is connected to another account of yours.

  @h029400023, the site you mentioned was created under a different account, although I can see that the purchases there have already been canceled.
