Charging for premium again.

On June 6th, I paid $96 for premium, but now I am trying to transfer my domain and it’s prompting me to pay again. How do I transfer my domain without paying an additional membership fee?

Hi @esarale, you’re logged into a different account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to transfer the domain to that site.
If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address.
