I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
I do see that you previously had upgrades on your account, but they were cancelled on Jan 17th. See: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
You are trying to restore these upgrades to your account? Is it your plan to move your existing sites on Wix to be on WordPress.com instead?
