Charging the upgrade

Hello, I’ve trying unsuccessfully to charge my Premium fee to my Amex card. American Express says the card is valid. It seems the best way to do this transaction is through a representative. Could you please provide a link, or preferably, a phone # , so I could get this done? My site is ieltsandessay.com. Thanks, FADI Abdelhak

I don’t see any reason for your transaction to be declined on our end, please try again.
If your card was declined again, you’ll need to contact your credit card provider about this.

Hi, American Express yesterday confirmed the validity of the card. My assumption is, it’s either my location, or the fact that I am a secondary card holder. Either way, I think, this could be solved if we could charge it person to person. Also, you could contact Amex, or I could ask them to contact you, if possible. Thanks. Your thoughts? FADI.

What error do you see when you try to purchase something here?

I see a red strip on the upper right corner saying, to the effect that, “your transaction cannot be processed.
