  Hi! I want to know if it would be a violation of the terms of service if I were to start a website (self hosted) that charges people/companies for building a website on wordpress.com? (About10-15$) using the free plan

  Hi there,

  There’s nothing in our Terms of Service that prevents that. You can charge people for designing their site even if it’s on the Free plan.
