  Hi, greetings. Since a few days ago I’ve been observing that the icon that remembers a conversation balloon (the one that indicates that there is a new comment) is yellow. I tried to open it, however, doesn’t works.

  I’m concerned because that may be a message from WordPress to me and I’m unable to respond it. I’ve been passing the last half hour trying to get a chat with someone, but I was unable to find out where it is the chat button. May you help me? If there is some message from WordPress to me could you repass me though here. In the other hand, could you teach me how to get in contact via chat. Well, I’ll be thankful in any circumstance
