  How do I contact a seller about a purchase I made. I can’t get on their site. Ulvaowner.top. I have the date of order and order number. Thank you.

  Hi there, I did not see you mention the URL of the site that you are having trouble with. You are referring to someone else’s website and not a purchase you made under your WordPress.com account, yes?

  I did not see any purchases when I looked here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
