Chat-based subscription site

I want to have another site where clients can chat with me about their issues and get helpful answers. It will be a chat-based site though there will be memberships and subscriptions attached before the chat will begin. Meaning that the chat will only be accessible when users access their accounts and have paid their preferred fees for membership/subscription. Please How do i go about it?

For this you’ll need our Business Plan.
For memberships and subscriptions we recommend you use WooCommerce, and the Membership and Subsciptions extentions for that plugin (note that both of those are premium extensions, and will have to be purchased directly from WooCommerce.com – the Business Plan only gives you the ability to install plugins, but doesn’t itself include any premium plugins).
There are other membership and subscriptions plugins available as well, some free, some premium. You can search https://wordpress.org/plugins/ for more options, or even do an online search. However, we won’t be able to provide support for any third-party plugins you choose to install. We do provide support for plugins sold on WooCommerce.com if you use them on our Business Plan.
You’ll be able to add live chat to your site using a plugin as well. We don’t have anything specific to recommend for that, though – WordPress.com live chat uses our own in-house tool and that tool is not available as a WordPress plugin at this time.
For advice on the best kind of plugin to use for that, please ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Once you have upgraded to our Business Plan, you’ll also be able to schedule a live screenshare session with a member of our support staff who can advise you on the initial setup and answer any other questions you might have at that time.
