  why this chatbox not work, when I include the generatet code from there?

  Because it has javascript. Javascript is stripped out.

  That chatbox is Flash-based. On WordPress.com hosted blogs, you cannot runs scripts that use Java, Flash, iFrames. Pure HTML and CSS are fine but as things stand, there isn’t a single chatbox that does not use Java or Flash. I use to crave one of these but over time, my desire for one got diluted after seeing abuse after abuse (people make personal attacks and hide behind anonymity) that made me decide against wanting one now.
