  I was on chat support but lost contact and now I cannot get beck to the chat line. Help!

  The chat you had was with our presales team, and was closed because you didn’t reply for over 10 minutes. For full access to live chat support you need the premium plan or higher.

  You asked about using the domain, Over70andfit.com, with your WordPress.com site. The chat operator gave you a link to our instructions to register a new domain at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/, and explained that you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan to use that domain with your site.
