Chat help window diappears

  chat window disappears when I start typing a few words in every time. Works on some days. NOT TODAY! . Suddenly it’s gone. What I need help with is @ genesisoracles.org – the Traveler theme. (Love it) But the issue is; in the post editor my “Bold” or Italics” highlights look very bold and very italicized, but in the published version online, there is no discernible difference between regular and “Bold” text. Also there is no “Underline” in the post editor so when I insert a link the reader has no clue that a name or word(s) are a link because The Bold is not Bold, the Italics are hardly discernible, and there is no “Underline” to at least use to flag to the leader that it’s a link. Is this a problem unique to the traveler theme?

  Hey there Pastor Dave,

  I took and look at genesisoracles.org. I do see italics and bold on your site. Here’s my view:

  The white on blue makes the font decoration a bit more difficult to discern than the black on white you see in your editor. As you have the Premium upgrade, you can absolutely play with the fonts and colors on your site until you gain the aesthetics and readability you want. Notice that the default colors/fonts on the site display links as bolder than the rest of the surrounding text:

  I do see bold links on your site as well, but as you’ve opted to make non-links bold as well, the links do get lost a bit, and your viewers might not know to click on them.

  You do have an Underline option, if you’d like to use it! First click the Toggle button, as seen in the image below:
