Chat Plugin for Text, Voice and Video between visitors/members?

  Hello.

  I am searching a chat plugin for text, voice and video between the visitors of a wp powered website.
  Is there a good plugin for it?

  Single to single, but also single to many Receivers (like ustream, periscope, meerkat etc.).

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you want to have a chat box on?

  That indicates a http://wordpress.org/ software install that we do not provide support for here at wordpress.COM.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   There is no ready-made page.
  I can use wp 4.3.1 for a fresh install.
