  How about a Chat Room? Is it possible to get one now?

  I have seen a chat widget in widgets, but we have to upload in the plug in area, but I can’t find that. I am trying to figure this out.

  Here was one I saw:

  I went to chatwing, and made a chatroom, but when I went to post the iframe in my tesxt window it did not work. I read some more and apparently, I have to set up the plug-in, but I can’t find where to do that on my admin page or widget area.

  We used to have 4 chat options but we no longer have them. At present there are no chatboxes or forums that can be embedded into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins.

  That only exists onWordePress.ORG installs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and Tess already pointed you to my earlier answer made in another thread.

  One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.

  Yes P2 allows non-members to post. It’s the only theme that does.

  I detest the aesthetics. It’s for kids and I would never use it myself but if it works – meh … maybe others will use it.
