My WordPress site is hosted by Bluehost. Bluehost did a software update this past weekend. After that upgrade, I could not access my site, http://www.gotta-eat.com. Bluehost ran a scan and determined I have malware on my site that will not allow my access to the site. Can you please help?

I’m sorry to hear about the problems you’re experiencing with your site. However, because your site is hosted with Bluehost and not directly with WordPress.com, we have limited capabilities in investigating and resolving issues. This is because your hosting provider controls your server environment, where your website resides and operates.

However, if you’re open to change, WordPress.com offers managed hosting, which gives you full access to our support and many other benefits. You can find detailed information about our managed hosting at the following link: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

If you would like to move your site to WordPress.com, we have a user-friendly migration plugin available. This plugin makes it easier to move all your contents from your current host to WordPress.com.

Please note, you need to first backup all your data from your current host and then use our migration plugin to move your site. Get more information about this at:

Follow the steps in this guide to import your site (including your content, media, plugins, and theme) directly from your wp-admin dashboard. Prerequisites To follow the steps in this guide, you will need: Your source site: a WordPress site with any other hosting provider (referred to as a se

Meanwhile, if you still need assistance with your current hosting setup, the best place to ask for help would be the community support forums for the open-source version of WordPress. This is the version your existing host uses, and the community forum users will likely have more knowledge about working within that framework. You can reach out to the community here:

I hope this information helps and wish you the best of luck in resolving your issues.
