Chat support not available even with Business Plan

    Hello,

    I am trying to get a word from the chat support but no one is replying, I have a business plan so this services should work, but it is on and off these last days, and wrote Emails and I am not getting any support.

    If we’re unable to get to your live chat while you wait, we send a response via email. It appears we replied to one of your emails earlier today with some solution, but you haven’t mentioned if that solved the issue you were facing. Can you check our earlier email response again and let us know if you’re still facing the problem?

    I just checked my Mailbox, I haven’t received any answer at all, I wrtoe through chat and Email, already for two days and no answer! I am not the one who is haveing trouble, it is you that you are not displaying the chat which appears most of the times unavailable, and it is you that are not honouring our contract, because you are not providing me assistance for a WordPress error, not even mine! Please leave another Email because none of those are working and I am not receiving any answer!!

    When am I going to receive the help that I need?? Im sick of waiting already for three days! You are not respecting my contract! I have pay a plan! I need the support!
