CHAT support not available. No phone Number too. Only e-mail option ?

  There is no chat support, or phone number. Only E-mail.

  Any solution will be appreciated.

  There is no phone support at WordPress.com but as you have purchased an upgraded plan you should be able to access livechat via the ? bottom right: https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/
  Failing that, asking your questions here and adding the word modlook to the tag box on the right will get a response from a member of staff. But it may be worth trying the chat option again in case you just picked a moment when everyone was busy.
