Chat support responded once then never responded again

    I contacted with your WordPress.com’s chat support 5 days ago (October 9th at 00:43 PM in UTC+3) about an issue that I had about failed cancellation of my subscription in 14-day refund period. They contacted me in the same day (at 11:15 PM). Then, I responded their first and last message 2 hours later. Since then no one is answering me even if I am subscribed to Business plan, which they claim Priority 24/7 support from our expert team. I hope I will get help from someone because the issue I am having is so stressing for me.

    I am in a similar position, ignored since Friday (Oct10 2024), a full blackout the whole weekend, Monday morning someone asked back instead of replying/solving, again they disappeared, no matter how many times beg for help, today they ask again for the same information I shared on Friday, and lately deleted all chat history. Simple terms: It is an Abuse and Insult to your customers, going no chance to escalate when things are not working. Poor Customer Service, lack of supervision and attention. Anything good you had went to the cloak with your chat support you offered to paid plan customers.
