Chat tools not loading for Help Support

    Hello. I’ve been trying to connect with online chat/support for two days now but I keep getting the following: “Our chat tools did not load. If you have an adblocker please disable it and refresh this page.” I first tried whitelisting wordpress.com, then disabled my adblocker in Chrome, and then allowed popups for all sites in Chrome. No luck so far. It’s probably too late in the day now to get anyone but any troubleshooting suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. (using ESPIED theme with wordpress.com and Premium plan)
