  Where is the chat feature for support? I am a premium account holder.

  Hi,
  If you have a premium account then you can access priority live chat support which is available Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm Eastern time. When this option is available, a pop-up box will appear at the bottom of your dashboard screen. Another way to chat with Happiness Engineers is through the contact support form available at: https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ . Just begin typing your question and if there are not similar topics in the available documentation, you’ll see an option to “Get in touch with Support”, click this option and you can start chatting with the staff.
