  I’m trying to use below script but it’s not working:

  I did enter it as Custom HTML; please advise if should be different.

  Hi! It’s that script tags aren’t allowed on free sites:

  Add Code to Your Site

  You’d need a Business plan for that, as outside code complicates the security, maintenance, and support that comes with the sites we host here.

  You could also install your own copy of WordPress with another host, and then install the script there. You’d need to pay for SSL hosting, and you’d be in charge of the the maintenance and what not. Here’s a bit more about the differences between those options:

  I’m just building the chatbot and able to test it offline and locally on our internal server, but now I also want to have outsiders accessing it reason why I was trying to use WP. Other wife I need to find a free hosting to upload my html file.

  Hi there,

  To integrate that chatbot on a WordPress.com site will only be possible on our Business Plan.
