  on my theme chateau, I can’t seem to delete Archives from the left sidebar. It now list every month/year I’ve been posting, and I like to tweak that a little – Chateau / left sidebar / archive. thanks, Kate

  justpi – yep – that was it ! It’s probably some kind of toggle switch thingie – huh ? I never know which way they go or don’t go. Thanks, Kate
