Chateau: search box entry

I’d like to remove this in its entirety from the head of the site, please.
I can find the <div></div> relevant, no probs: but as to how to go about deleting the whole thing – no idea at all.

OF COURSE IT WORKED. I just couldn’t see that until I made the font larger.

If you were an idiot you wouldn’t have found how to make the font larger! You just have to keep in mind that I always try to be very precise: I said the code would make the blog title area full width, just in case [= if you want to take advantage of the freed space]. -
Which, of course, I did.
I quite like the current font – mostly because it looks nice in small size as headings on the widgets.
Don’t like that curly italic one, even though I know it was designed for a theme about Châteaux …
