    I want my general header words (above picture) to spread out longer by REMOVING the SEARCH bar!!! My header words are too many lines & bunched up. I don’t need the search bar there. If I want a search bar I can add it later to column below gravitor…. THANKS

    Hi there,

    There isn’t a built in way to remove the search bar with the Chateau theme.

    If you upgrade to one of our paid plans, then you’ll have the option of adding custom CSS. You would then be able to hide the search bar with the following CSS snippet:

    #main-title {
        width: 100%;
    }

    #search {
        display: none;
    }

    Alternatively, you could browse through our repository for a different theme. We have hundreds of free, hand-picked themes for you to choose from and add more to the list frequently:

    Gateway and Twenty Fifteen are two that I think work really well for blogs but theme choice is very much down to personal preference. I encourage you to have a browse and use the filters at the top of the repository. :)

    If you do decide to change your theme, I’d be happy to hear more about what your site’s about and help come up with some more suggestions.
