Chatting with other people

  Does WordPress have a spot to chat with other people? I would love to have a sport on WordPress to chat with friends, not on the post I made but in a separate area in WordPress.

  Hi there,

  That functionality is not built in to WordPress.com, but if you upgrade to our Pro Plan and add one of the plugins you see here:

  https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=social+network

  There are two of the more common ones I have seen installed on sites we host:
  – https://wordpress.com/plugins/buddypress
  – https://wordpress.com/plugins/peepso-core
