  I do not see the banner on your site, no. Assuming you’re using the Jetpack widget for this, please contact Jetpack support at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support for help – this is not something the WordPress.org forums can help you with, as that banner is not part of the WordPress software itself.
