Check Box Issue To Cancel Domain

  I own the domain ppnsh.com and I have been trying to cancel the domain but it keeps saying that I need to check the box to confirm when it is already checked. I would be grateful if someone someone can help me out with this.

  Hi there – Sure thing, I can cancel it for you. Please note that if you cancel it, there’s no guarantee it will become available to register again. If you want to use it with another site (not at WordPress.com), you should transfer it rather than cancel it.

  If you’re sure you don’t want it at all anymore, please reply and confirm that I should fully cancel domain ppnsh.com.
