Check Email / Contact form not working

  Hi,
  I know there are already many posts on the same issue but I can’t find the solution.
  I installed ‘contact form 7’, and after many trials I don’t receive any emails, no output message is showing neither.
  So then I found that I had the check if it was working by adding a new Plugin ‘check email’ and it seems that it is not working neither.
  What should I do to fix it ?
