Check error logs – Jetpack connectivity issue

    Hi there,

    I keep getting this error from Jetpack that it cannot connect to my website. It says I need to check my error logs but I do not know how to do that.

    I contacted my host and it is not a problem on their end. They were not very helpful.

    I put into troubleshooting mode and still not working.

    No answers in forums that I could find.

    Please help!

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re trying to connect?

    Where exactly are you seeing that error, and can you copy the exact text of the error message?
