Hi there, I’m not entirely sure I understood your question. Have you recently upgraded your site and then cancelled? Refunds can take between 7-10 business days and sometimes longer for international refunds if you are outside the US. Credit card billings can take one to two cycles before the refund shows up. You can see the refund in your Manage Purchases dashboard: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases as long as you are logged in with the account that made the purchase. If you cancelled within a few hours of making the purchase, the charge may have simply been voided. You can check that with your bank.

Hi there,
We issued your refund on Friday. As @justjennifer mentions above, it takes around ten business days for a refund to appear in your bank account, and that depends on processing times at your bank. As you cancelled on a Friday, tomorrow would only be the first of those ten business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that period of time, please follow up directly with your bank.
