There is something wrong with my check out page. Bluehost told me to contact WordPress. ‘In order to successfully use Stripe in live mode and to see the credit card fields show up on the page, you’ll need to be loading the site over HTTPS.’

Strong encryption is critical to ensure your privacy and security while using WordPress.com. We encrypt all possible traffic, including custom domains hosted on WordPress.com.
Our automated process adds SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt shortly after the registration or mapping of domains. Because we automatically provision SSL certificates that are shared by multiple customer domains, it may take up to 72 hours to add an SSL certificate to your site.
For mapped domains, SSL certificates are only added after you add our name servers to your domain.

Since your site is hosted by Bluehost (and note here by WordPress.com) it means that you’re using the open-source WordPress software and therefore you need to seek help in these forums:

We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

@cintiamillan, they clearly stated that they are not hosted by us. So, there’s nothing we can do to help them. Only their host and the WordPress.org forums can help them.
