  Our free hosted WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped with shopping carts for ecommerce transactions. Is that what you are referring to?

  On free hosted WordPress.com blog we can use a contact form and/or a PayPal donation button for sale of only products or services created or provided by ourselves.

  Yes, so I cannot not have a shopping cart?

  You cannot have a shopping cart at WordPress.com. If you buy paid hosting and install software from WordPress.ORG and ecommerce software, you can.
