Hello,
I have a client that has requested a duel check out system. I am trying to see if WordPress is the right website engine to use.Outline
One Checkout system that does personal company purchases where the employees must enter their name, address, and credit card info.
Another checkout system that does business purchases where they enter their department, clients name, and get their products free of charge. – They also want the shipping rate to be calculated but they do not have to pay for it. They are having the shipping outsourced so the rates need to still be calculated.Its a bit messy and complicated, not sure if this can be done on WordPress?

Anything is possible in WordPress with the right plugins. And if the right plugin doesn’t yet exist, there are many people who make their living from creating custom plugins for sites.
That said, the forum you’re posting to now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and not the WordPress software.
For help on the best plugin to use for something like this, or for advice on creating your own plugins, it’s better to ask the WordPress.org community who makes the open source WordPress software. You can find their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You can also try asking in the forums for the WooCommerce ecommerce plugin for advice of what they’d recommend in this regard:
