checkboxes with price change option

Hallo,
I am looking for a free solution to provide product with multichoosable checkboxes that will change total price of the product. For example:
main product costs 100 dollars.
on the same page (in description) you can make multiple choices by just clicking checkboxes:
1. first you can choose color (some colors change total price some don’t)
2. then you choose finish (glossy paint, or metallic, or nothing)
3. then you can choose some accessories (or not)
4. next you can choose way of packing
etc.All those in one page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
