Checked all settings but comments are still disabled for all new comments on my

    The other day I purchased a new theme. The first post went smoothly but the two following did not, will not show the comment box.

    I have gone through each page of the dashboard. I have pulled down every screen option (when available). I have gone into the individual posts quick edit to make sure comments are enabled. I’ve gone through the customization settings one by one as well.

    I went through every webpage in the support side confirming that I took the correct steps.

    I’m at a loss. I just unchecked every box and rechecked it, but that didn’t do anything.

    It had worked for one post, but now it’s not working. The ‘happiness engineers’ are off today and I’d like to get this taken care of. Any suggestions?
