CHECKING EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH OUR ACCOUNT

    I PAID OUR ACCOUNT VIA CREDIT CARD AND THE RECEIPT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG EMAIL. I CHANGED OUR PROFILE AND ACCOUNT SETTINGS BUT THE RECEIPT EMAIL WENT TO A FORMER EMPLOYEE WHO WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO PASS IT ALONG. PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL TO THE ADDRESS IN OUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS SO I CAN KNOW THINGS ARE AS THEY SHOULD BE.

    What upgrade? We just paid $13.00 via credit card for domain mapping. I am confused with what WordPress does. Can you explain what you are doing for the Center and what we are paying for? In simple English for a “non-digital native!!”

    Thanks for the supplemental details.

    The domain, centerforpsychotherapy.net, is mapped to us and that upgrade is up to date and has been renewed. The confusion here, is that the upgrade is associated with a different account from the one that you are using.

    The receipt is delivered to the email address that’s connected with the account owning that upgrade. In this case, it was delivered to the email address at wordpress.com/me/account/ under the centerforpsychotherapy user account – not the one that you are signed in to and using here (thecenter5).
