Checking nameservers for purchased domain

    Hello. I purchased a domain, hollinsart.org through WordPress and it appears the payment is recurring and going through successfully. I have the domain connected to a Wix website that I built a year ago. Everything was functioning normally until recently when I tried to visit my site and received an error ‘Safari can’t find server hollinsart.org’. I have entered into WordPress to try and see if the nameserver is still pointed correctly or what the issue might be, but cannot seem to manage that particular domain. I only have access to managing the hollinsart.wordpress domain. Any ideas on what may have happened and why the domain is not functioning with my Wix site with hollinsart.org? Thanks

    Hi there,

    I can see that you have registered the domain through WordPress.com and the name servers are set correctly. There must be something wrong with the renewal of the domain. Add the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic to notify the Support Staff, they’ll help you out.
