  I cancelled the membership.

  Hi there,

  Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.

  Still
  You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number from your billing history:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.

  Hi theaboyd,

  A refund was successfully sent on the 8th November 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  As @neelgajjar mentioned, refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement so you can expect to receive the money around then. If it hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact your bank for more information about any processing delays on their end.

  @theaboyd can you check with your bank to see if they simply voided the transaction? You were refunded just a few hours after purchasing, so it’s possible they just removed any mention of the transaction from your statement.
