    I tried to upgrade my plan to go ad free, and entered payment details, but for several minutes it’s been stuck on ‘Almost there – we’re currently finalizing’. Any hints about what next? thanks

    Hi there!

    I’m showing you purchased a WordPress.com Personal plan earlier today, which includes No Ads as part of the upgrade. Were you also trying to purchase ad-free separately?

    Looking at your payment history it does appear your bank initially declined the transaction, but it did eventually go through, so perhaps that was the issue?

    Let us know if you’re still having trouble and we’ll be happy to look into this further.
