Checkout for premium not functioning?

My domain mapping and premium upgrade (www.jeanninescuisine.com) expired on 30 September and I am trying to renew it now though the store. However when I try to check out I cannot complete the process. I keep getting returned to the renewal page. Please help. I thought this was supposed to renew automatically?

Please make sure you are logged in with the account name that purchased the upgrade and then you can check to see if autorenewal is enabled here: https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance to see why it didn’t renew, as WPcom normally renews a month ahead of time in order to avoid such problems.

I checked the my upgrades page and it says it was cancelled. I’m not even sure if I had auto renewal selected. My concern is – is it too late to renew now? I’ve tried to renew through the store and can’t seem to do it.

I need help with getting my blog, http://www.jeanninescuisine.com back up and running. I want to renew my upgrade and get the blog back online. When I go to http://www.jeanninescuisine.wordpress.com there is a message that this blog was cancelled by the owner. I did not cancel this blog. Additionally, my upgrade should have been renewed automatically and it wasn’t. Sometime during the past year I received a new credit card with a new security code (all other info including the expiration date remained the same) so maybe that was why? I have attempted to renew my upgrade multiple times to include putting in a new credit card and nothing works. I keep getting a message that “this blog is not associated with these upgrades. Are you sure you want to purchase them?” Then the same page reloads over and over. WordPress did send several emails saying the blog was approaching the expiration date, but unfortunately because of the way my Google account was set up I didn’t receive them.

Hi @jmjuhnke, it does say you removed the upgrades quite some time ago, but no worries. I’ve temporarily extended just the domain mapping for you. Please try again to renew it here:
https://wordpress.com/my-upgradesEdit: Actually, it looks like you may not have control over the actual domain anymore — and domain mapping will only work with a registered, active domain.
You can try to get the domain back if you’d like, or use a different domain, or simply use http://jmjuhnke.wordpress.com/ . Let us know what you’d like to do.

I do have control over the domain and I was able to map to it earlier this morning. Everything appears to be in order and jeanninescuisine.com is back online. Thank you for your assistance in extending the renewal.
