checkout is not working repeat orders

I am new to owing a website, and German, which does not help. I got a problem with the checkout section. I have been looking for the answer for a few days without any luck.
Problem: I can not complete order in the checkout, if the product has been ordered before, the the checkout section is greyed out. There are no restrictions on stock on the website, can anyone help? -

Thanks for reaching out. This site is on a self-hosted version and not on WordPress.com. WordPress.com is where all sites are hosted under one server, and WordPress.org Is where all sites are hosted under their own servers, and generators.

Hi there,
In this case it would be best to contact support for whatever eCommerce plugin you’re using on your site directly.

You won’t be able to log into WordPress.org with your WordPress.com username and password. You need to register an account on that site before you can post in those forums.
If you already have an account and you don’t know the password, please use their lost password form to log in. We have no control over username accounts on WordPress.org
