  How to fix it. is that the issue with cloudflare flexible issue should is deactivate cloudflare and installed SSL certificate. Should I replace the wp-config with https and also at mysql? Thank you.

  I believe you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site and not a WordPress.com site.
