Checkout page not opening for some users

Some users are experiencing an issue when checking out. This is only happening on phones and not computers or tablets. I have been unable to re-create the issue but I have had multiple people contact me saying that, when they reach the final checkout page it freezes, or simply wont load the page. I have checked all plugins and ran a diagnostic finding no issues, and everything is up to date. Having customers unable to check out is a major issue help is greatly appreciated.
