Hi @nasyatrans, if you have enough funds in PayPal balance, it will work. If you have PayPal set up to pay directly through your bank account, go ahead and transfer some funds in to cover the upgrade you need. Let us know if you need more help.

I have enough funds in my paypal balance, but still i have a problem. I don’t have any credit card linked to my verified paypal account, and every i check out payment in wordpress it always asked me some credit card information that i don’t have even i choose to pay with paypal. So what should i do? I can’t checkout payment to buy my own domain if wordpress always asked me about credit card information because i don’t have it.

O choose to pay with paypal, login to my paypal account, and then i was asked to add another credit card or debt card in order to complete my payment. That’s the problem becauae i don’t have any credit card or debt card linked to my paypal account even i have enough funds in my paypal balance. Please help

Can you send the exact text of the message you got when you were asked to add another credit card or debit card? That way we can search for it.
I’ve seen messages that sound somewhat like you’re describing here, and they were fixed by transferring funds to the PayPal balance. Since that isn’t helping, your message must be different, and some searching will help us find clues.
