Checkout re-render issues

Hello, sorry if there are any mistakes in the wording, my English isn’t very good.
I am working on an ecommerce website. For this, I am using WooCommerce and some other plugins such as Elementor, Pro Elements, etc.
I am now in the final adjustments, specifically with the checkout, since my client decided to integrate with a shipping company in my country, which is Blue Express. They have the BlueX plugin that is, of course, integrable with WordPress. I want to highlight that their plugin recognizes the selected region in the checkout form and, based on that, shows a selectable list of cities/communes corresponding to that region.
The form is presenting an issue where the selected region is not being updated or saved correctly. The only way for it to update is by manually refreshing the page. I have tried various solutions: I checked that no other plugins are interfering, I tried adding code to force the re-rendering of the checkout, another to force a page reload as a temporary solution, but I haven’t managed to make anything work.
Does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong? The problem with this situation is that since BlueX doesn’t detect the region change, it doesn’t show the corresponding cities, which leads to issues with calculating the shipping cost and, of course, with the registered address.
Any suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
