chess game viewer

I want to embed a chess game viewer. I’ve tried everything! WordPress never let’s me use it, and will take it away if I hit save draft. It would be ideal if I could embed this code:
<iframe border=”0″ frameborder=”0″ allowtransparency=”true” width=”574″ height=”434″ src=”http://www.chess.com/emboard?id=1759342″></iframe>
Because I am .com I cannot use plugins. Have spent nearly 10 hours on this issue. Considering tearing down my site to start somewhere else anew. Please help! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use iframes on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Iframes can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:
You can learn more about what code is allowed on WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code
Sorry we aren’t able to accommodate your request. If you have any more questions about this, or anything else, please let me know, and I will do my best to help.

So, given that I cannot use iframe and cannot use a plugin what can I use? Do you have any suggestions?
It seems so odd that I pay to have a .com address, but then cannot do hardly anything because I made that choice. Surely I’m not the only one with this problem. -

No problem. For your needs, a self-hosted WordPress site is a great fit, and we do a lot to make it easy to migrate the content you have here on WordPress.com.
This guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:

If you’d like assistance moving your WordPress.com site to WordPress.org, we have a service called Guided Transfer that does all the work for you. Check it out to see if its right for you:

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

This situation sucks; inconvenience on all sides.
Please let me know when wordpress.com comes up with its own chess game viewer.
Perhaps someone else will have a different solution, someday – to this very basic problem which was solved on other sites circa 1997. -
I can understand where you are coming from. I enjoy playing chess as well.
I am going to have my engineering team take a closer look at adding chess.com to our whitelist. I will update you when I know more.
Thanks!
