CHILD ABUSE

    In connection with Republic Act 7610, if my landlord forced to evict my children to our rented house on the last day of our due date & locked the house, my children ages 17, 10 & 7 yrs. old, the reason of land lord is the unpaid electric bill, which is the night before i already texted that i will pay that bill on sat before we vacant the house because where here in manila(where my work located) our rented house located at cavite, but yesterday i received text that the children already evicted & locked the house & detained all appliances. Can i file a complaint to our Landlord?, the said electric bill, we are not the only responsible to pay for that because they also consume for that bill, they Tapped to the meter for their electric power to their resident house.
