child category empty and expiration date

    Hi,
    I have a problem with my coding on http://regionrama.com/culture/.
    What I would like to do, is to display the children categories of culture which are not empty. The problem is how to make the loop with the expiration date. If someone could help me, I would really appreciate. Thanks.
